Keypath Education

  • Led automated email marketing efforts, conducting trainings and rolling out company wide strategy including the creation of emails, email templates and the deployment of a metrics tool

  • Supervised two content managers and created a network of freelance writers and subject matter experts

  • Conducted brand workshops for all university partners, creating program level content plans that were then implemented and used to improve conversion rates on websites

  • Led efforts to secure a customer data platform allowing Keypath to have a more complete view of visitors and customize messaging to fit the user experience

JWC Media

 

  • Created a new CMS and redesigned three of the company's six web properties creating efficiences, boosting traffic and bringing consistency to branding.

  • Reduced the number of URLs for web properties from six to one, improving SEO, increasing traffic and bringing coherence to digital presence.

  • Integrated print and digital operations, reducing annual content costs by more than $100,000.

  • Worked with advertising to develop sponsored content product for digital properties.

  • Added all of the company's web properties to Double for Publishers, allowing for better management of campaigns.

At Patch.com I worked on a national level to implement an innovative new content strategy that integrated technology and community engagement. My experience includes:

 

  • Creating a plan to reorganize the editorial structure of the company

  • Conducting national webex trainings in web-based journalism, such as proper aggregation, best SEO practices and user-generated content recruitment.

  • Leading a team of 10 contrators in implementing a new content strategy to boost effeciency and engagement.

  • Leading team meetings in Chicago on metrics anaylsis and content strategy.

  • Brainstormed custom content campaigns and implemented the campaigns for national clients.

  • Editing and producing content while providing guidance to journalists in the field

  • Working to develop and foster community partnerships while leading marketing and outreach efforts.
